He did seem like he was a narcissist, so I guess maybe he is shallow and a bit of a jerk as a result, but knowing that doesn't make me feel any less like crap knowing he thought I was so easy to replace.

It seems he was using me until something better came along; he's now with a woman ten years younger than me, slimmer with bigger breasts, and who looks like the women on Instagram - I'm attractive, but I don't compare to how she looks.
